The formation principle of thermal particles?
Pyrolytic particles refer to tiny particles produced by the thermal decomposition of solid or liquid materials at high temperatures. In a fire, the combustion process releases a large amount of heat, which heats up the surrounding materials. When the temperature of a substance rises to a certain level, molecules begin to move thermally and produce vibrations. As the temperature continues to rise, molecules begin to move violently and release combustible gases and pyrolysis products, including pyrolysis particles. Due to electrical faults caused by internal electrical joints, cable connectors, moisture, overload, short circuit, and high contact resistance of battery connectors in high and low voltage distribution cabinets, power outages have occurred, seriously affecting electrical safety and production, and causing incalculable economic losses. Overloading of electrical components or cables, excessive contact resistance, and other factors are all caused by conductor heating, resulting in the production of a large number of electrical particles in electrical or cable materials. Due to the relatively large number of components and joints inside high and low voltage distribution cabinets, traditional manual inspection methods cannot timely issue problems. Moreover, faults caused by temperature rise or humidity are very hidden, and high-tech acquisition technology with high accuracy and fast response time must be used for online services to meet the precise monitoring of various electrical distribution systems.
