Multi-dimensional and multi-sensing technology is used to monitor temperature, humidity, gas, particle, load current and other comprehensive AI algorithm research and judgment, which has extremely early multi-level early warning to guide maintenance personnel to eliminate the hidden trouble in the first time and accurately control the linkage fire extinguishing when reaching the hidden trouble of fire and ignition. It solves the very early warning and treatment of electrical fault potential, and accurately linkage fire extinguishing in the first time in case of fire


(1) Early warning of thermal runaway of battery body: advanced laser technology is adopted, nanoparticle and characteristic gas detection technology is collected, key parameter fusion analysis of battery body is combined, and early warning of thermal runaway of battery is realized through AI algorithm;
(2) Non-battery body hidden danger monitoring: sensitive detection of nanoparticles generated by overheating or discharging hidden dangers of equipment and cables, poor contact of battery joints, etc. to ensure the safety of external equipment and operating environment of batteries;
(3) On-line active monitoring: active sampling mode is adopted, with faster response speed than traditional point mode.
(4) Environment temperature monitoring: collect the environment temperature status in the cabin. When the temperature threshold is exceeded, combine the particle and gas detectors, and comprehensively analyze and judge the multi-dimensional AI algorithm to accurately send alarm information.
(5) Multi-level early warning function: five-level alarm output, respectively (alarm, early warning, patrol, fire alarm 1, fire alarm 2).
(6) Extendable multiple gas over-limit alarms: carbon monoxide, hydrogen VOC
(7) Self-diagnosis function: monitoring air flow/wind speed status, sensor fault alarm function
(8) False alarm prevention: filter, water mist and dust proof device.
